The Power of Meditation

If you think that meditating is only for gurus or hippies, or you simply believe that it is a practice that doesn't suit you or seems too difficult because it's hard for you to stay still or concentrate, well, I want to tell you that meditation is the act of familiarizing ourselves with our thoughts, feelings, and emotions, and that helps us not only to transform into the person we really are but can also completely change our lives.

You might think it's a religious or spiritual issue, but beyond the mystical part, nowadays science has already proven its effectiveness not only to relax you and bring you to a state of complete happiness but also to heal even incurable diseases by modern science.

Yes! You're not reading it wrong; meditation can cure any type of cancer, autoimmune diseases, chronic pain, depression, and anxiety, incurable diseases like muscular dystrophy; it can make you immune to COVID. There is evidence of people who have regained their vision and hearing, and there is even one person who managed to grow their thyroid gland that had been surgically removed. Through meditation, the body creates its own internal pharmacy and manages to cure itself of any illness, that's how powerful it is.

You might think, if this were true, why is it not in the news around the world? Well, there you have it! You just have to Google it. Dr. Joe Dispenza has been developing guided meditations that include various breathing techniques for years and works with a research team that involves various universities and a huge community of scientists increasingly amazed by the incredible and miraculous effects of meditation on the community of meditators spanning the entire world.

What is an atom made of? Well, basically, 99.9999999% is energy, that means that 0.00001% is matter, so we are more energy than matter, right? What would happen then if we changed our energy, if we could make it more stable, more coherent, because we can not only heal our body but change our life, because by changing our energy, we change, and when we change, everything around us also changes.

You may have heard me say that we are not only what we eat but also what we think and feel; and to lead a healthy lifestyle we must find the paths towards the balance of these three areas of our life because it is useless for us to eat the best organic food and choose the best ingredients if we eat in a hurry, watching TV, with fear about "calories," or if we are worried about something and in a state of survival. There is no point in exercising all day, taking the best supplements, and having the best therapist if our heart and brain do not vibrate coherently.

Remember that every illness, every traumatic episode in our lives, every loss or disaster is a wake-up call for us to pause and evaluate where we are going, what changes we need to make, and what person we want to be. I recommend visiting Dr. Joe Dispenza's website and watching his series Rewired on Gaia.tv so you understand a little about the science behind meditation and how you can include this practice in your life. Whatever you are looking for, be it health, improve your financial situation, find the love of your life, have a mystical experience or if you simply want to improve your life and that of your environment, the answers will come from within you and meditation will be the way to find them.
