From My Heart to Your Table: The Inspirations Behind "Cristy's Kitchen" Cookbook

If you know our history, you know that the events in our lives have been truly miraculous, including the creation of this book.

Becoming an author has been a blessing because it allows me to share and help people who, like me, are looking to improve their and their family's health through food.

This is not just a recipe book, here I tell you a little about my story, and how I went from being a stay-at-home mom to being a cook, restaurant owner, and faithful believer that food can not only prevent but also heal the body, the planet, and our hearts.

I also included information about many ingredients and their health benefits, some you may use every day and don't know how amazing they are, and others may be new but very easy to find, and which I know you will fall in love.

Food gives us the opportunity to unite people, to enjoy and share time with our family. Cooking can be also a space to enjoy ourselves, to experience new sensations, new flavors, textures and smells, cooking can be an extraordinary experience, especially when it's real food that makes you feel good and full of energy.

Because I know that we are not all the same, and we do not all fit into a single diet, here I propose recipes for all tastes, and yes! all, absolutely all the recipes are gluten and dairy free, but you can also find vegan, vegetarian, paleo, and AIP (autoimmune protocol) recipes.

I hope this book inspires you to cook, and gives you hope for whatever you're going through.

All my love!

Cristy
